Dining set of chairs consisting of two armchairs. The father’s chair alias the King Chair and the mothers chairs alias the Queen chair. These features subtle yet similar design features. The two armchairs are designed so that the arms wraparound the backs in a continuous form. There are brass stand-offs between the backs and the back legs.
4 similar chairs without armrests for the children or guests. Believe it or not but these were actually sold in sets exactly like this. This set was designed by Arne Hovmand Olsen and manufactured by Jutex in Denmark in the mid-late 1950s. Both armchairs are imprinted with designer attribution and country of origin. This is a very rare set with origin black faux leather upholstery.
