Excellent and very unusual William IV sewing table in rosewood, having 3 dummy drawers to frieze and one drawer which opens to reveal writing section with black leather and pen compartment above a silk pleated box below for sewing materials, all standing on tapering, shaped pedestal with quadrofoil base terminating in carved knurled feet. This is a superb multi purpose table in fantastic condition throughout, ready to place at home. c1830
