Elegant vintage folding screen, painted in the style of The Sung dynasty, depicting a magnificent landscape with mountains, hills, waterfall, trees, buildings, bridge over a river, and boats in the ocean. Signed. Gouache, watercolor and ink on silk. Silk border. Lacquered wood frame with engraved copper corners showing age patina. Beautiful paper, label and four Asian style brass hangers on back. Excellent condition – minor age wear overall, no damage to the painting. China, circa 1960s.
