Exquisite exemplary of the high quality and refined craftsmanship of Tura, drawn from Art Deco inspiration and focused on handcrafted furniture made from rich materials in superb finish. Dimensions: cm 101 x 41 x 101. In good condition, except for some stains on the parchment. These signs of wear do not compromise the beauty of this rare table. Aldo Tura (1909-1963), the ”master of the parchment”, was a famous Italian designer. His name is linked to the splendid mid-century tables and lamps, where he combined elements from Art Deco and Art Nouveau with a minimalist and personal design. He often used unusual materials such as parchment, eggshell, goatskin and even wheels.
