Vintage Design
An original William IV circa 1830 solid Rosewood hand dyed brown leather bench stool. An absolutely find, much larger than it looks, this is big enough to be a small coffee table stool or to sit in the middle of four armchairs with all sharing as a footstool It has a solid Rosewood frame, the leather is vintage hide and in order throughout. The bench has been fully restored to include a wash back and French polish to all the woodwork, the leather has been stripped back and hand dyed this glorious cigar brown leather colour. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
